Alexis Greskiw

Assistant Extraordinaire

Alexis, My Edible Advice Assistant/Intern Alexis is a fourth year at UBC studying Food, Nutrition and Health with hopes of becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist after graduation. Being raised on an organic farm has also made her an advocate for eating sustainably and supporting local farmers/suppliers. When not in class or helping out at My Edible Advice, Alexis works at Joeys as a server and occasionally writes in the Food section of the Vancouver Observer. She is also known to cook up a storm in the kitchen and is always on the look out for good wine (in moderation, of course) to go with good food. Alexis is very excited to be working with Jennifer at My Edible Advice so that she can learn more about the practice of Holistic Nutrition and become knowledgeable about the intriguing interactions that food and body have.
