The first consultation is an in-depth intake designed to collect the necessary information for creating a successful wellness program. Please log a three-day food and symptom journal before your appointment.

Wellness Program

Your second visit is designed to discuss your personally tailored nutritional program thoroughly. You will receive a customized meal plan and recipes to fulfill your nutrient needs. You will leave with the tools necessary to make realistic changes as we co-create a daily nutrition and lifestyle program that encourages nourishing yourself with whole foods, stimulating your natural ability to heal. You will receive a copy of your program at the time of your appointment to review with Jennifer.

Follow-up Consultations

Each follow-up consultation will further enhance your knowledge of holistic health and nutrition, develop tailored strategies that best suit your needs, and provide ongoing support along the path to a healthier you, mind, body, and soul. It is essential to fine-tune your program seasonally, as your nutritional needs will change.

Food Sensitivity Testing

We offer food sensitivity testing in partnership with a trusted third-party laboratory. You can book your test directly through me or Fitlabs.
Important: If booking directly through the lab, please ensure that you enter “Jennifer Brott” when prompted to indicate whether you are working with a healthcare provider. This ensures your results are connected to our account, allowing Jennifer to access your report and provide a personalized consultation based on your findings.

The Food Sensitivity Test detects the levels of IgG antibodies directed against specific foods, which could be causing a Type III food allergy, and possibly leading to the development of chronic symptoms. Collect your blood spot sample yourself via a finger prick in the comfort of your own home—no visit to a lab required. You will receive your test results via email 7-10 business days from the time the lab receives your blood sample.

We offer two tests, the ImuPro Basic (90 Foods) and the ImuPro Complete (270 Foods).
