Hi! We are so excited to work with you. To ensure you get the most out of your first consultation, please keep a three-day food and symptom journal. It also helps to have an updated list of any prescription medications, supplements, or protocols you are currently on.

Returning Clients

If it has been over a year since your last appointment, it’s time we start again at the beginning. Please book an “Initial Consultation” so we can ensure we provide proper care for you and your health.

Remote Clients

Jennifer works with clients from around the world and would love for you to be one of them. Please book your Initial Consultation through our scheduling system.

Payment

Online Booking

A credit card is captured when you book your appointment. You have the option to pay immediately or at the time of your appointment. This is to hold you accountable to our cancellation and “no-show” policy outlined below.

Cancelation Policy

We require 48 hours' notice to allow adequate time to fill the space. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the appointment cost. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) are billed for the full cost of their scheduled session. This will be charged to your card on file.

Insurance

Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine if your policy covers our services. Jennifer is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP), and a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP) as designated by the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. 0M09-094

Upon completion of your appointment, you will be issued a receipt to submit to your insurance provider. We do not offer direct billing and are not subject to Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) coverage.
