Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk you have on hand) + water to desired consistency

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp ginger

  • little sprinkle of clove powder

Blend and enjoy!
